Marilyn Monroe was a popular star at this point. The problem was, she was not know for her acting. Up to this point she just played her lovable self and people ate it up. This was her 18th movie and she made this movie to show she could act, and act she did! This is an amazing performance of a suicidal, mentally disturbed young women, it is not over the top, very real feeling and subtle . At the time critics loved her performance, and I got to say, I did too. Unfortunately looking back at her life, this may have been the real Monroe and she was acting as Marilyn Monroe all the other times she was in the spot light.

God actually appears a number of times in the Bible in the form of a whirlwind. But when God does so, it is always something that is disturbing and upsetting. The strong wind blowing chaotically in every direction is obviously a sign that God is stirring things up in a way that is going to be rather unpleasant.

DENVER (CBS4) - The mother of a 7-year-old boy who was found dead in a storage unit has pleaded guilty in Denver court. Officials with the Denver District Attorney's office say Elisha Pankey entered the plea in the bizarre and disturbing death of Caden McWilliams on Thursday morning.

Monroe is featured as a disturbed babysitter watching a child at the same New York hotel where a pilot, played by Widmark, is staying. He starts flirting with her, but over the evening her strange behavior makes him increasingly aware that she is unhinged. How he copes with the situation ends up profoundly impacting all three lives.

This William is a bad non reliable

darkness, and cold combined.

But we are all weak in health William

Elisha Cuthbert had a few disturbing instances take place throughout her career. One of them took place in the horror/slasher film, House of Wax back in 2005. The film was a decent success at the box office, bringing in $70 million. The cast was highlighted by Cuthbert, along with Chad Michael Murray and Paris Hilton.

In summary then, interest in, and obedience to, the revealed word of God disturbed the activities of the enemy. It is the same today. The word of God is still what is required by servants of God if our enemy (1 Pet 5.8) is to be kept at bay, and defeated practically day by day (2 Tim 3.17).

However, the enemy having been disturbed, Elisha became the focal point of their considerations. It has been well taught that the devil does not have to be concerned with those not engaged in the battle. Rather, specific and personal attention is turned to those who disrupt his activities. Is the reader's name known as a threat to the enemy?

Question:One of the most disturbing and incomprehensible accounts in the Old Testament concerns Elisha and the bears who mauled those who jeered at him? What should we make of this strange story?

You can't say that the girls really love Richard Jackson. At least not in a traditional Valentine's Day sort of way. "He's all right," said Elisha Smith, a senior at Phelps Career High School in Northeast Washington. "He's easy to talk to . . . sometimes," added Sylver Monroe, a 10th-grader. "He yells at us," said Tishera Lee, another senior. But just the way the girls' eyes light up when they speak of him indicates a very special relationship. Jackson is an assistant principal who decided last year that Phelps's girls should be more than citywide champion cheerleaders. They should have the same opportunities to play sports, and to be cheered for, as the boys. And if he couldn't find a coach for them, he'd just have to do it himself. "I went to the cheerleading coach and asked if I could use some of her girls to field a basketball team," Jackson said. "And we just started from scratch." Not long after that, he started a girls volleyball team, too. The Phelps Panthers, as the girls basketball team is known, recently completed its first season ranked third among junior varsity teams citywide. Only the District's two basketball powerhouses, Woodson and Anacostia senior highs, had better records. But victory is not to be measured in points scored alone. For some of the girls at Phelps, this would be the first time a man had looked at them and seen their potential beyond some stereotypical female role. Sexualized by the media, especially in misogynistic rap music videos, and frequently viewed with disturbing ambiguity by adult male neighbors and friends, the girls would go on to challenge others to see them as more than lipstick, hips and hair. "When the boys approach us now, it could be about showing us how to make a certain move on the court, not just about getting a date," Monroe said. "They call us Baby Jordans,' " Lee said with a confident smile. This was a significant transformation, brought on by Jackson's understanding of an indispensible concept: initiative, taking responsibility for starting something positive without being asked or even paid. The Phelps girls say they are most impressed by the fact that Jackson, 38, gives so much of himself and, in return, has asked only that they be true to themselves. It was a sign of respect, one of love's most potent ingredients. "He has high expectations, but that's because he thinks a lot of us," said Jerneice Martin, a 10th-grader. As Phelps assistant principal, Jackson already had a full load. He helps coordinate the school's academic program with Harriet Ford, the principal, and he is also responsible for discipline, suspensions and security. The way he sees it, though, being a coach only makes the workload lighter. "It helps for students to know me beyond my role as a disciplinarian," he said. "When students know you as fair and concerned, it becomes possible to reprimand them effectively." Jackson was raised in the Shaw neighborhood in Northwest Washington and graduated from Cardozo High in 1978. He attended Alabama State University and did his graduate studies at Ohio State University. He returned to teach music at Cardozo under the tutelage of the renowned band director Robert Gill, now principal at Johnson Junior High. In 1990, Jackson went to Phelps as a music teacher and ended up also taking over the boys basketball team, which was then 0-22. By 1994, Jackson had led Phelps to the city's Eastern Division championship, the first championship for the school since basketball great Elgin Baylor played there in 1952. Jackson left coaching soon after that to receive a law degree from the University of Maryland. But he decided to stay in teaching after concluding that D.C. public schools needed him more than some law firm. And Phelps needed him badly. Once a predominantly male vocational school, Phelps received an influx of mostly female cosmetology students when Chamberlain High closed three years ago. Almost overnight, Phelps became the school with the best cheerleaders in the city. But there was no sports program for girls. Jackson went into action. "I think he is just driven to work with kids who have a need for an adult in their lives," said Valerie Jackson, his wife, who is a teacher in Prince George's County. The couple has three children: Richard, 11; Angela, 8; and Terence, 6. "A lot of parents don't seem to have time to give to their kids, so Richard just steps in," she said. Jackson is also the Phelps boys baseball coach and coach of his older son's basketball team. At a recent girls basketball game, Jackson and his assistant, Terence Blakely, another volunteer, were down on their knees, slapping the sidelines as they called on the girls to hustle and play as a team. "He wants us to cooperate, but you know it's hard for girls to cooperate," Martin quipped. "It's so nerve-racking," Monroe added with a sassy flip of her hair. They went on to win the game. Principal Ford said, "Those girls are truly crazy about that man." CAPTION: Assistant Principal Richard Jackson, top, put together this basketball team at Phelps Career High School and serves as its coach. A player said, "He has high expectations, but that's because he thinks a lot of us." ec
