While teaching in Manchester I was instrumental in establishing the Fifth Grade Honors Chorus and was named ‘Teacher of the Year’ at Keeney Street Elementary School. I also taught voice and piano lessons at Summit Studios Performing Arts Center in Manchester for many years.
