Hello, my name is Eli. I'm a jazz musician from Raleigh, North Carolina, currently majoring in Jazz Studies at Michigan State University. With almost a decade of experience, I have had the privilege to work with several nationally-recognized artists and educators including Wynton Marsalis, Terrell Stafford, Benny Benack III, Rodney Whitaker, Michael Dease, Geoffrey Keezer, Marquis Hill, Jerome Jennings, Alfonso Horne, and many others. With their guidance, I've begun making a name for myself; embodying the tradition of the jazz idiom while simultaneously pushing musical boundaries with my own unique artistry.
