• Exclusive License: By default, the commission is granted as an exclusive license, and licensing details will be provided according to your needs.

• Custom License: Proposed by the client, a thorough discussion and contract signing for the licensed content will be conducted based on requirements.

1. Please describe the details of the music you wish to create, including style, instrument arrangement, storyline, etc. If you have any reference music, feel free to provide it. If you have specific production time requirements, please let me know. Additionally, kindly explain the purpose of the music to differentiate between personal and commercial use.

2. Upon receiving your message, I will promptly respond to confirm whether I can accept the commission. If the details are unclear, I will further discuss with you. Once I confirm accepting the commission, I will provide project cost, licensing details, estimated production time, and other project scheduling updates.

3. After you confirm that the above details are acceptable, I will provide payment information. You can choose to pay a 50% deposit or the full amount upfront.

4. Once I confirm the receipt of the payment, production will commence.

5. After completing the project, I will ask for your confirmation regarding the need for any revisions. I offer two rounds of complimentary revisions; however, additional charges will apply for the third or subsequent revisions.

6. After you finalize the project, I will collect the remaining payment.

7. The final product will be formally delivered to you.

• During the commission period, kindly respond to relevant messages within three days.

• If you decide not to proceed with the commission after receiving the quote, please notify promptly.

• Upon receiving the payment information, please complete the payment process within three days.

• Please be aware that discontinuing the collaboration midway or failing to respond within the specified time frame will be considered as forfeiting the commission. Any paid deposit will be non-refundable.
