I am an assistant professor at Indiana University Bloomington.
My research is supported by the Simons Foundation Travel Support for Mathematicians award (2026-2030).
For 2022-2025 I was an NSF postdoctoral fellow at MIT. My mentor was Pavel Etingof.
In May 2022 I defended my dissertation at the University of Oregon. My advisor was Ben Elias.
I was supported by a Lokey Doctoral Science Fellowship for the 2021-2022 academic year.
I am interested in representation theory.
Specifically, I want to apply categorical representation theory (web categories, Soergel bimodules, categorified quantum groups...) to link homology, modular representation theory, and quantum integrable systems.
My brother Holt Bodish is also a mathematician.
