Research fields and duties. 

My research interests lie in development economics, with a particular interest in labour, family, and gender economics. Before joining UVSQ, I was an Associate Professor at Université Paris Nanterre and affiliated with the research center EconomiX. My work combines theory and applied microeconomics and has recently incorporated an experimental dimension. Over the past few years, I have been the Principal Investigator on funded projects in collaboration with academics in South Africa, Senegal, and Lebanon, enabling me to design and collect original quantitative and qualitative data through fieldwork. I have recently joined the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Economics. I have also served as a guest editor for special issues of the Global Finance Journal and the Revue d’Économie du Développement. Additionally, I am a member of the board of directors of AFEDEV (Association Française d'Économie du Développement), a co-founder of DEV-Connect, and a member of the WAP Society's panel of experts.
