Elevate Amarillo pairs established professionals with emerging leaders in small groups to foster personal and professional growth. Over four months, mentors guide their mentees through structured conversations about goal‑setting, networking, leadership and career development.
1 mentor paired with 2–3 mentees in a small group
6 guided sessions over 4 months (May – September 2026)
Topics include goal-setting, professional development, networking and leadership
Mentors and mentees are matched by career interests and industry

March 15, 2026 – Applications open for mentees and mentor nominations
April 15, 2026 – Application deadline
April 21, 2026 – Mentor/mentee matches announced
May 5, 2026 – Program kickoff and orientation
May – September 2026 – Six guided mentorship sessions

How are mentors and mentees matched?
Matches are based on career interests, industry and professional goals to ensure a meaningful connection.
What is the time commitment?
Plan for six guided sessions over four months (May through September 2026), plus a kickoff orientation and wrap-up celebration.
