I am an assistant professor of economics at the Adam Smith Business School and research collaborator at the HBS Digital Reskilling Lab. Prior to joining ASBS, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard Business School. I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Geneva. During my doctoral studies, I was a visiting fellow at Duke University.
I am an applied microeconomist focusing on labor, education, and organizational topics. My research examines how training and education improve worker wellbeing and facilitate technological transformations.
Before my studies, I completed a master in violin at the Conservatory of Parma. In my spare time, I dabble with gender issues (check out our Rare Voices in Economics initiative!) and enjoy playing music with friends.
