Elena Assenza

I am a 2nd-year student of the PhD Programme in Legal Studies at Bocconi University of Milan, Italy, specializing in International and European Law.

My research interests cover international human rights law, business and human rights, as well as international criminal law.

My PhD research project looks at the effectiveness of binding regulatory instruments in the context of business and human rights adopted at the international and domestic levels.
