I work as a PostDoc at the Chair of Development Economics at the University of Bayreuth and I'm affiliated to the Bayreuth International Graduate School of African Studies (BIGSAS). My research focuses on the effectiveness of development aid, mainly in Africa, in the water, sanitation, and agriculture sector. I apply rigorous microeconometric research techniques and have extensive experience in rigorous evaluations of policy programs in developing countries. I have field experience conducting large-scale household surveys in Ghana, Benin, Sudan and Vietnam.
