Welcome to Element Advantage ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App. Your privacy is critically important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.
Element Advantage does not collect any personal information from its users. Specifically:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
We do not use analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
We do not serve advertisements or use advertising SDKs.
We do not require an account or registration of any kind.
All game data (scores, history, player name, streaks) is stored locally on your device using standard device storage mechanisms. This data:
Never leaves your device.
Is never transmitted to any server.
Is never shared with any third party.
Can be deleted at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Element Advantage does not require an internet connection to function. If any internet permission is declared in the app manifest, it is not actively used to transmit any data.
Element Advantage is designed to be safe for all ages, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no data at all, the App complies fully with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.
Element Advantage does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect user data.
