I will cover the following topics:
Elementor announced on February 9th, 2021, that the pricing for its premium version, Elementor Pro, would change drastically in one month, on March 9th, 2021.
Please let me first explain how Elementor Pro's pricing has changed.
Previously, Elementor Pro's prices were divided into three plans, all of which had the exact same features. The only difference between the plans was the number of sites you could use Elementor Pro on:
Personal: $49 for a single website.
Plus: $99 for up to 3 websites.
Expert: $199 for up to 1,000 websites.
As of March 9th, 2021, Elementor Pro's new pricing goes into effect. Five different plans will be offered, as well as new features available on only certain plans.
Essential (formerly Personal): $49 for a single website. Besides the name change, everything is exactly the same.
Advanced (formerly Plus): $99 for up to 3 websites. Besides the name change, everything is exactly the same.
Expert: $199 for up to 25 websites. Here's the big change - you won't get 1,000 sites, but you will get access to 100+ website kits.
Studio: $499 for up to 100 websites and VIP support. I'll explain the new support in a moment.
Agency: $999 for up to 1,000 websites and VIP support
This means that there will be more differences than just the number of sites you can use Elementor Pro on.
You will not be affected by the changes if you just need the Personal or Plus plans.
On the other hand, if you plan to build 1,000 sites, the new plan will cost you $999 as opposed to $199.
I mentioned that the plans now have some differences in features. The cheapest two plans - Essential and Advanced - didn't get any new features.
The new $199 Expert plan, on the other hand, provides access to 100+ theme kits, which is a huge expansion of Elementor Pro's current theme kit library (probably about 17). Website kits are a themed set of templates centred around a single website.
It also means that not all Elementor Pro users will gain access to all the templates, as is the case before. Users of the Essential and Advanced plans will still have access to all the current templates, however, they will not be able to access the new website kits.
Furthermore, you have the option to list your profile in Elementor's Expert network if you purchase an Expert, Studio or Advanced plan.
In addition, Studio and Agency customers will now be able to use a VIP live chat support system.
In the past, Elementor Pro's customer support is only available via email/ticket with a response time of one day. There is now a VIP support offering that includes live chat support with a response time of 30 minutes.
With this upgrade, you will receive more real-time assistance with any problems that you encounter.
Additionally, you'll get support from multiple team members, which is great if you're running an agency. The Studio plan supports up to five members, while the Agency plan supports up to ten.
