This Privacy Policy explains how Svysiuk Oleksandr, an individual developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Elemental Rumble (the “Game”).
By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not ask you to create an account or provide information such as your real name, address, phone number, or email inside the Game.
We do not directly collect any text, photos, or other content from you inside the Game.
Any personal information collected in connection with payments is handled by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play), as explained below.
When you use the Game, certain information is collected automatically by our service providers and SDKs integrated into the Game (for example, Google AdMob and Google Firebase). This information may include:
Device Information
Device model and hardware information
Operating system version
Language and region settings
App version and build
Identifiers
Advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID)
Firebase installation ID or other app-specific identifiers
IP address (which may be used to infer approximate location, e.g. country)
Usage Data
How often you open the Game
Screens and menus you visit
Time spent in different parts of the Game
In-game actions (for example: starting a level, winning or losing, upgrades, items used)
Crash and Performance Data
Error logs and crash diagnostics
Performance data such as loading times and stability metrics
This information is generally collected in a way that does not directly identify you personally, but it may be treated as personal data in some jurisdictions.
The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertising.
AdMob may collect and process information such as:
device identifiers (e.g. IDFA, GAID);
IP address, rough location (country/region);
information about how you interact with ads (views, clicks, installs).
This information is used to:
show ads in the Game;
limit how often you see the same ad;
measure the performance and effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
detect fraud and ensure compliance with advertising policies.
Depending on your region and your choices:
Ads may be personalized based on your activity; or
You may see non-personalized ads that are based only on contextual information (for example, the content of the Game, rough region).
For more details, please see Google’s privacy documentation, for example:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, or similar services) to help us understand how players use the Game and to improve stability and performance.
Firebase may collect:
events such as level starts/completions, in-game purchases, session length, and other gameplay actions;
device information and app version;
crash reports, stack traces, and performance data.
We use this information to:
analyze gameplay and improve game balance and design;
find and fix bugs and crashes;
understand how different features are used;
plan future updates.
You can learn more about Firebase data practices at:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The Game may offer in-app purchases (for example: gems, gold, “remove ads”, or other items). Purchases are processed by the app store platform you use:
Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
Google Play Store (for Android devices)
We do not receive or store your payment card number or other sensitive payment details. The platform may provide us with information that a purchase was completed (for example, product ID, purchase time) so that we can deliver the content you bought and restore your purchases when you reinstall the Game or change devices.
For information about how Apple and Google handle your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or similar regions, we process your information based on:
Legitimate interests – for example, to maintain and improve the Game, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure our services.
Consent – for example, where required by law for personalized advertising or certain analytics. You may be asked to provide consent via a consent form (such as Google’s User Messaging Platform) and/or Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You can withdraw your consent at any time through in-game settings (if available) or your device settings, but this will not affect processing that has already occurred.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your local law).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us using the details below. We will take steps to delete such information where required by law.
We retain information collected via advertising and analytics only for as long as necessary to:
operate and improve the Game;
comply with our legal obligations;
resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
The specific retention periods are also influenced by our service providers (for example, Google’s retention policies for AdMob and Firebase data).
Depending on your device and region, you may have the following options:
Device Settings for Advertising
iOS: you can control ad tracking using your device settings (for example: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising).
Android: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Google settings on your device.
Consent for Personalized Ads (where applicable)
In some regions, you may see a consent dialog (for example, a Google UMP consent form). You can choose to allow or decline personalized advertising.
Analytics / Crash Reports
On some platforms, you may control sharing of analytics and crash reports via system settings.
If you choose to disable or limit certain types of data processing, some features of the Game (for example, ad personalization) may not work as intended, but the Game should remain playable.
Our service providers (such as Google) may process information on servers located in various countries, including countries outside your own. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country of residence.
Where required by law, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are used to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Game, in our data practices, or in applicable laws.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
