Elegent Hospitality is a catering staff management mobile application developed and maintained by Exoft Technology. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.
By using the Elegent Hospitality application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide our services, we may collect:

• Primary and Secondary phone numbers (both required for communication and account verification)
• Email address (optional)
• Date of birth (optional, used only for age verification)
• Work location / service area (required, used to verify the user’s service region and assign relevant jobs)
• Profile photo (required, used for identity verification and to ensure correct staff assignment during work operations)
• Address (required, used for user identification and service coordination)
Only essential information such as name, phone number, address, work location, and profile photo is required to create and manage user accounts and provide services.
Optional information such as email address and date of birth is used only to enhance user experience.
We do not collect real-time GPS location. All location-related data is manually provided by the user.
The information collected from users is used for the following purposes:
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Allowing staff members to apply for catering work opportunities
• Managing staff assignments for events
• Communication between administrators and staff
• Maintaining accurate user profiles and records
• Improving the functionality and performance of the application
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
The Elegent Hospitality application requests certain permissions only when required to provide core features. These permissions are used strictly for application functionality and not for unauthorized data collection.
The app requires internet access to communicate with backend servers, retrieve data, and update user information.
The app may request permission to send notifications to users. These notifications are used for:

• Application status updates (approved or rejected)

Users can disable notifications at any time through their device settings.
The app requests permission to access the device’s media library so users can:
• Select and upload a profile picture
• Update their profile image
The app only accesses images selected by the user and does not access other media files without permission.
On some devices, storage permission may be required to read selected images from the gallery.
This permission is used only for uploading profile images and is not used to access other files.
We value your trust in providing your personal information. We implement security measures to protect your information including:

While we strive to protect user data, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure
User information is stored securely in backend servers and databases used to operate the application. Only authorized administrators have access to necessary user data required for managing services.
Elegent Hospitality may use trusted third-party services to support the operation of the application and provide core functionality.
These third-party services may process certain information on our behalf only as needed to deliver their services to us.

* Cloudinary, for secure profile image upload and storage
* Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), for delivering push notifications to users

Elegent Hospitality is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to create an account or use the application.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that personal information has been submitted by a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our records as soon as possible.

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We are committed to giving you full control over your data.
How to Delete Your Account and Data Inside the App: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. You can easily delete your account and all associated personal information directly within the Elegent Hospitality application by following these steps:
-Open the Elegent app and log in.
-Navigate to the Menu screen.
-Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" button.
-You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account will be immediately deactivated, and your personal data will be permanently removed from our active servers.
How to Request Account Deletion via Email: If you no longer have access to the app and wish to have your account and data deleted, you can submit a manual deletion request:

with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Please include the phone number and full name associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
We will process your manual deletion request and remove your data within 7-14 business days.
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted: When you delete your account, we will permanently erase your profile information, phone number, email address, profile picture, and application history from our active databases. Please note that certain data may be temporarily retained in secure backups for legal or administrative purposes, but it will no longer be accessible or used for active app operations.
