Elegant Goddess (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the Elegant Goddess mobile application (“App”) collects, uses, and safeguards information. By installing or using the App you consent to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

   • User-Provided Content: If you customize your profile (nickname or signature), mark wallpapers/videos as favorites, download files, or edit video-wallpaper preferences, we store the related metadata (e.g., media IDs, thumbnail URLs, local file paths, timestamps, language settings) inside your device’s Room database and SharedPreferences.  

   • Cached Wallpaper Data: To accelerate browsing we temporarily cache aggregated Pixabay/Pexels responses locally for up to 24 hours; cached entries contain only publicly available wallpaper metadata.  

   • Device & Usage Data: We may automatically collect anonymized diagnostics such as device model, OS version, app version, network status, and crash logs to troubleshoot performance. These logs stay on your device unless you choose to share them with support.  

   • Media Files: When you generate videos or set live wallpapers, the App processes the images/videos you select locally. These files are never uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Information

   • Deliver and maintain wallpaper browsing, download, favorites, live wallpaper, and video-generation features.  

   • Honor your preferences (language, image quality, Wi‑Fi-only downloads, wallpaper playback options).  

   • Communicate with you when you email us at drdigitalindonesia@gmail.com.  

   • Detect fraud, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Retention

   • Favorites, downloads, cached wallpapers, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.  

   • If you contact us, we retain the shared email content only as long as necessary to resolve your request.  

   • You may clear caches, favorites, downloads, or generated videos at any time via in-app tools.

4. Permissions & Local Processing

   • INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Fetch wallpapers/videos and check connectivity.  

   • READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (legacy), READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/VIDEO (Android 13+): Save wallpapers and access local media for video generation.  

   • SET_WALLPAPER / BIND_WALLPAPER: Apply static or video wallpapers.  

   • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Reserved for future compliance with Google Play’s advertising/measurement policies; the current release does not use Advertising ID for personalized ads.

5. Third-Party Services

   • Pexels API (https://www.pexels.com/api/key/): Supplies curated stock images and videos. Pexels may receive standard device data (IP address, user agent) necessary to deliver content; their use of data is governed by the Pexels Terms and Privacy Policy.  

   • Pixabay API (https://pixabay.com/api/docs/): Supplies free images and videos. Pixabay likewise receives typical network metadata; refer to the Pixabay Terms and Privacy Policy.  

   We do not send your personal data (profile info, favorites, downloads, or local media) to these providers—only query parameters needed to retrieve public content.

6. Data Sharing

   • We do not sell personal information.  

   • We may disclose information to service providers who help us host infrastructure or analyze crashes, subject to confidentiality obligations.  

   • We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.  

   • In a merger or acquisition, data may transfer under this same policy.

7. Security

   We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (sandboxed storage, scoped permissions, HTTPS connections) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your Rights

   Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Use in-app deletion tools or email drdigitalindonesia@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

   The App targets users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can delete it.

10. Advertising & Analytics

   The current build shows no third-party ads and does not profile users. Should we introduce advertising or analytics SDKs in the future, this policy will be updated before such changes take effect.

11. International Transfers

   Our servers (if any) may reside in jurisdictions other than yours. We will apply appropriate safeguards consistent with this policy.
