Electrical Installation in a Home (According to REBT 2002 Regulations)

New Construction:

*Installation and legalization of construction lighting.

*Installation layout according to requirements.

*Electrical and telecommunications cabling.

*Connection of manhole covers.

*Installation of mechanisms.

*Electrical switchgear in electrical panel.

*Authentication of installation with the competent authority.

• Preparation of documentation and legalization of low-voltage installations.

• Currently in Spain, electrical installations must be certified by Authorized Installers (Electrical Installation Certificate, CIE) by the Ministry of Industry, who are governed by the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT 2002).

• Types of CIE:

• Construction (Expires after 2 years)

• Definitive (Issued upon completion of the work)

Electrical Installation in Residential Communities, Garages, and Commercial Premises

Residential Communities: Replacement of meter modules. Correction of OCA deficiencies.

Garages: Installation in new construction and renovations. Correction of deficiencies issued by OCA.

Commercial Premises: Project management if needed (public gatherings or premises with more than 50 people).

Installation and issuance of CIE (Integrated Circuit Breakers)
