Information Collection and Use
This is the official Mobile App for Poll Monitoring System of Chief Electroral office, West Bengal.
This application is use to collect poll related information through specific predefine official user not for usage of any citizen. Also it is used only those specific day of Poll.
Mobile phone Nos. of RO, ARO, Sector Officer and Presiding Officer are to be registered with a given mobile number on P-2/P-1 day, respectively.
To reflect poll process related data in Poll Monitoring website and better monitoring at all levels, Presiding Officers must send SMS (using prescribed syntax) or Submit information through mobile application related to the poll activities in his Polling Station.
Presiding Officers should send the SMS or Submit information through mobile application on mentioned time and intervals positively.

user can give Safely arrived, mock poll and poll after every 2 hours.
2> Foreground Service Location Access:
WB PollMonitoring App requires Foreground service location access to
provide accurate and continuous location update for Sector officer.
This is required for Activity Tracking of Sector officer as well as law
and order issue.
3> Foreground Service Data Sync:
WB PollMonitoring App foreground service data sync is used to provide continuous and reliable synchronization . It
ensures data is is always up-to-date . Avoid data inconsistencies and keep your workflow uninterrupted.
4> Foreground Service Messaging:
WB Pollmonitoring requires Foreground Service Messaging to ensure your messages are delivered and received
instantly, stay updated with immediate notifications for new messages.
5> Presiding officer and Sector officer can give SOS
6> Also EVM issue, Law & Order and other issue can be reported

Your location data is used solely for providing the core functionalities of the app and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
