This Privacy Policy describes how Eladan Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Sunday League Football Manager (SLFM) mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us.
1. Information We Collect
SLFM is designed as an offline, single-player experience.
We DO NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from you when you use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, or any other information that could directly identify you.
The App does not require an internet connection to play after the initial download from the App Store.
The App does not include user accounts, analytics tracking software, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or third-party advertising services.
The only data the App generates and uses is related to your game progress. This includes your created manager profile (name provided by you), team data, player stats, league progress, financial status, game history, settings, and conversation logs. This game progress data is stored solely locally on your device.
2. How We Use Information
Since we do not collect any personally identifiable information, we do not use any such information for any purpose.
The locally stored game progress data mentioned above is used exclusively to:
Allow you to save and resume your game sessions.
Track your in-game achievements and history within the App itself.
This game progress data is never transmitted off your device to us or any third party.
3. Information Sharing
We do not share any personally identifiable information because we do not collect it. Your locally stored game progress data is not shared with us or any third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
All game progress data is stored locally on your device within the App's designated storage area provided by the iOS operating system. We do not have access to this data.
The security of this local data depends on the security measures you employ on your device (e.g., passcode, biometric locks).
If you delete the App from your device, the locally stored game progress data will typically be deleted as well, according to standard iOS behaviour.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age threshold in your applicable jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We may also provide additional notice within the App or on its App Store listing for significant changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed.
