Job Position : Hauling Road Services

• Ensure all activities comply with safety, health and environmental protocol and government regulation.

• Setup the unit required to meet the quality planned by Coal Logistic,

• Analyze the quality gap between plan and actual and find the solution,

• Analyze the contractor availability MA, UA to optimize the production,

• Supervise haul road from Biangan (PT. Bharinto Ekatama) to Bunyut Port (PT. Trubaindo),

• Manage and operated water station filling and water truck for hauling road dust suppression system,

• Controlling and resposibilty coal achievement target coal hauling sequence base on weekly and monthly plan.

• Conduct quality control issues such as; coal contaminated (metal,etc.), sticky coal, if any.

• Ensure all activities at the work site are in accordance with applicable safety standards and OHS regulations.

• Monitoring, controll and supervise hauling road activity.

2. PT. TRUBAINDO COAL MINING (ITM GROUP)

2004 – 2017

Job Position : Stockpile Leader

• Monitor, control and supervise the finished coal resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

• Monitoring, controll and supervise the coal crusher, conveyor system and stock piling activity.

• Controlling and resposibilty coal achievement target coal production sequence base on weekly and monthly plan.

• Ensure effective communication between team members and other related departments.

• Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams in the field to achieve operational targets.

• Ensure all activities at the work site meet applicable safety standards and OHS (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.

• Conduct periodic operational inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

• Manage the work site operational budget and ensure expenditures are in accordance with the established budget.
