Please carefully review the policies below. Note that these requirements are simply for a more clear-cut, simple design process and implementation - they are not here to make the submission process feel impossible or difficult!
In order for your submission to be accepted, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
Submission: Your project proposal absolutely must be submitted using the correct physical form or online form. You must complete all required sections and provide all necessary information, including a method to contact you.
Mission alignment: All project ideas must align with the church's core mission, vision, and values. The proposal should explicitly state how the design supports these principles.
Benefits: The project must benefit the church or the community. Our work is mission-based for greater good, so your project should align with this. No work will be done for personal gain for companies, individuals, etc.
Costs and funding explanation: The proposal must include a cost estimate and a plan for funding. Explain how the project will be paid for, whether through a fundraiser, a donation drive, or another source. While Ekklesia 360's work is free, there might be other costly aspects of your proposal.
Sustainibility and maintenance: Address the long-term plan for the project. For interior projects, this could include a maintenance schedule. For digital projects, it should include who will manage and update the content going forward.

Budget: Ekklesia 360's work is free for church use, but we charge payment for outside organizations. Please explicitly state your budget limits in your form submission.
