24.09.23 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  On Saturday morning and Sunday morning before the Taikai starts, there will be a weapons check in the Sports-Toto hall.  Before you travel to the EJC please ensure that your weapons are in good condition and please remember that plastic Tsubas are not allowed.  More details will be given in the Manager Meeting.

23.09.23  Starting at 14:00 the Delegations will be able to check-in and pick up their hotel room badges at the EJC Welcome Desk in the reception of the Grand-Hotel on Thursday 5th October.

08.08.23 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Please take note that the Bellavista restaurant closes at 19:30 in the evening.  If a delegation will arrive later than 19:00 at the Check-In desk in the reception of the Grand Hotel, you will be able to eat from a warm buffet at the Check-In desk.  If your delegation will arrive later than 19:00 on Thursday can you please send a message via the contact form so we know for how many people the warm buffet needs to be.  For delegations arriving earlier in the day you will be able to take your evening meal in the Bellavista restaurant.

08.08.23 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  The rooms in the Grand Hotel are nearly fully-booked.  If a country still has a big delegation to register then then will not be enough rooms available for the whole delegation in the Grand Hotel.  There are rooms still available in the Bellavista Hotel.
