A two-day summit of talks, activities, and workshops
Goals of the workshop
(1) Showcase ongoing EJ research work in the US and Africa at Lincoln U, Howard U, Tennessee State U, Xavier U, Medgar Evers College and Penn State University;
(2) Develop a set of principles/best practices for working with communities;
(3) Examine educational, research, and community activities among all participants to identify shared areas of interest;
(4) Propose research activities to seek collective funding for EJ work as a network of universities.
