Privacy Policy — Einkaufsliste Schweiz

This privacy policy applies to the Android app "Einkaufsliste Schweiz"
(com.bgappsch.einkaufsliste_schweiz), published by BG Apps.
1. Data You Enter Stays on Your Device
All data you enter in the app — shopping lists, products, prices, stores,
VAT categories, Germany-trip records and VAT refund amounts, and your
settings — is stored only in a local database on your device. It is never
transmitted to us or to any server we operate. We have no access to it.
Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored app data.
2. Exchange Rate Lookup
To display an approximate CHF/EUR conversion, the app may fetch the current
exchange rate from the free public service frankfurter.app (European Central
Bank reference rates). This request contains no personal data or app
content — only a request for the current rate. You can also set the rate
manually in Settings, in which case no such request is made.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve
and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- Device identifiers (such as the advertising ID)
- IP address and coarse location derived from it
- Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This collection is performed by Google, not by us. Google's use of this
data is described in Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
and in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services"
(https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you are
asked for consent before any ad-related data processing starts (Google UMP
consent form). You can review or change your choice at any time in the app
under Mehr > Einstellungen ("Ad privacy options").
4. Permissions
The app requests no storage, location, camera, microphone, contacts or
notification permissions. Internet access is used only for the two purposes
described above (ads, exchange rate lookup).
5. Children
The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal
data from children; the app itself collects no personal data at all.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be published at this
address with a new "Last updated" date.
