EIFFEL-Q ("we," "us," or "our") provides Minecraft players with a variety of farmed blocks, mechanical components, and other related items. These Terms apply to all users ("you" or "your") who purchase, use, or interact with our services.

2. Services Offered

- Sale of mechanical components, materials, blocks, belts, chains, gears, shafts, and miscellaneous items.

- Custom orders and bulk discounts.

- Customer support and inquiries.

3. Purchasing and Payments

- All prices are listed in diamonds and/or additional in-game materials as specified.

- Payments must be made upfront at the time of purchase.

- Bulk discounts are available as outlined in our pricing structure.

- Custom orders may have separate pricing and terms, to be agreed upon at the time of order.

4. Delivery of Goods

- Items will be delivered within a specified timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase.

- Delivery will be made to an agreed location within the SnackSMP.

- EIFFEL-Q is not responsible for any in-game loss or damage after delivery.

5. Refunds and Returns

- Refunds will only be issued for items/blocks that was bought by mistake

- To request a refund, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

- Returned items must be in their original condition and quantity. (This means a bought item has to have full durability)

6. Use of Services

- You agree to use our services for legitimate purposes.

- You may not resell our products without prior consent.

- You must not engage in any fraudulent or abusive activities, including but not limited to exploiting glitches or cheats.

7. Limitation of Liability

- EIFFEL-Q is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

- Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction.

8. Changes to the Terms

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

- It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the SnackSMP/Season where EIFFEL-Q operates.

- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the server or community rules.
