He has over fourteen years experience in advising Managers & Directors of multinationals and private equity firms in their inorganic & organic growth initiatives and entry & expansion decisions across industries and geographies. He brings strategy, deal advisory experience, and business plan assessments from his days in EIADS INTERNATIONAL , and well as operational improvement consulting at AL Dhafra Group. He studied at college of Medicine in Al -Azhar Uni. Which helped him to make the purpose driven solutions when he decided to start his new career in Business Administration & establishing EIADS in 2009 . Selected Experience • Advised an international consultant on the assessment of a feasibility plan for an agribusiness (farming – processing - marketing) to a Governmententity • Advised a UAE -based regional grocery retailer to prepare five year strategy and businessplan • Led a vendor commercial due diligence of a coffee roastery • Reviewed multiple business plans across different industries for a key Government entity in Saudi Arabia • Advised some of Holding companies to structure its market entry efforts in the UAE and KSA, including partner search and selection . • Advising an international consultant on the assessment of a feasibility plan for a healthcare business to be submitted to a Governmententity • Supported the KSA government by providing commercial advisory services in relation to implementation of a serious of key mega events across the Kingdom Advising a KSA Government owned company to assess risks and opportunities involved inpotential joint venture initiative with an international partner
