Environmental Hydrology Laboratory

In celebration of World Water Day, the principal investigator of the Environmental Hydrology Laboratory, Dr. Mayzonee V. Ligaray, was invited as a speaker at the Water and Women Forum PH 2026, hosted by the National Water Resources Board on 23 March 2026.

The event highlights how empowering women and diverse voices strengthens decision-making and leads to more equitable and effective water governance.
