Environmental Hydrology Laboratory MS Graduate Fellow, Mr. Kean Michael Cabigao, conducted a two-day training workshop on April 28-29,2026, focused on the use of remote sensing techniques for data acquisition and analysis in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling applications.
The workshop highlights the usage of Google Earth Engine as a platform for geospatial analysis. Through discussions on basic JavaScript syntax, remote sensing workflows, and machine learning techniques, participants were introduced to an end-to-end process for generating meaningful analyses relevant to hydrologic and hydraulic modeling studies.
