"With a Mining Engineering undergraduate degree, I am currently taking my master’s degree in Environmental Science with hopes of reconciling the polarizing nature of the two industries under data-driven environmental scrutiny, audits, and regulations. I intend to specialize in hydrological studies due to water’s universality and fluidity encompassing ecological, economical, social and political interrelatedness – that is crucial in achieving SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation).
Away from the academe, I find delight in reading books (particularly YA dystopian/science fiction), watching and playing various sports, writing literary works (poetry, prose, essays), making maps (social and politics), and just satiating my pursuit for knowledge."
