ENG 9

This course is required of all freshman students. It is devoted to mastering basic grammar and composition skills. These skills enable the student to communicate effectively both orally and with the written word. Various literary forms are also covered, including short stories, nonfiction, poetry, novels, and various selected plays/dramas. A short research project will be completed.
