Vermont Golden Dome Book Award 

      The Vermont Golden Dome Book Award choices are selected annually by a committee of children's librarians throughout Vermont. Students who read five or more of the books are encouraged to vote for their favorite book in April or May. The votes are tallied and the winning book wins the award for the year. The author and their book are celebrated with an awards ceremony in May.
