The prices listed above serve as a general estimate for the respective jobs. While I maintain flexibility regarding pricing and payment terms, larger-scale projects such as extensive driveways or full home siding may necessitate adjustments to the quoted rates. Regardless, I am committed to accommodating your needs.

I will use specialized chemicals formulated to optimize the cleanliness of your exterior surfaces. While these products are designated for external applications and deemed safe, it's important to note that they may pose a risk to surrounding vegetation if applied in close proximity.

Access to at least one water spigot and, if vegetation removal is included, an exterior electrical outlet is required. The total cost of the services provided reflects the utilization of your water and/or electrical supply. I am mindful of these resources you are providing and will diligently conserve both water and electricity to promote financial efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Invoices will include a travel charge of $0.70 per mile, with total mileage rounded down to the nearest mile. For worksites requiring a roundtrip travel time of one hour or more from the company address, an additional charge of $15 per hour will apply, in addition to the mileage charge.

Open communication is integral to my service, especially considering unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather or personal events that may prompt scheduling changes. In the event of a cancellation, I will strive to provide you with at least 24 hours' notice.

Preferably, payment is made in cash, though I also accept transactions via Venmo. Payment is due upon the completion of the work. Should certain tasks require more time than initially anticipated, I will schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure your complete satisfaction with the outcome of the job and the appearance of your home's exterior.
