How does it work? The beauty of an EES Recharge is it assists the body to deepen its own healing process. The body wants to heal. It wants to function well. "The power that made the body. heals the body." The body can heal best given the right conditions and an EES Recharge powerfully supports this. Our body innate intelligence will focus healing to where it is most needed first. (Even if we are not aware of it.)
Who can an EES session benefit? Everyone, because it creates such a positive healing enviornment...Your body wants to heal.
Is is safe? Yes. There is no harmful energy, only good energy.

What do I need to bring? Water, comfortable clothing, a smile. Make time for yourself to relax and catch up with life.
What is the length of a session? Ideally the minimum sitting is 2 hours. Overnight is also available. Effects are cumulative.
What do I expect during a session? Most likely you will feel very peaceful, relaxed and fall asleep.
Will I get bored? The general feedback from people is that the times goes very quickly and they are surprised when a session has ended.
Will it effect medical devices in the body? It is safe for all such devices or body implants.
If I want my vision to restore, should I remove eye contacts before a session? It is better to not be wearing them during an EES session.
How can I enhance the treatment? An open attitude with a positive intention always helps. Set your intention for peace and health and healing. Relax, sleep.
Take a simple DETOX BATH...
An important part of the self-healing process is detoxifying the body of the unwanted.
This way you are assisting the body to do what it truly wants to do...heal and be fully functioning!
A detox bath is simple and very affective. It is highly recommended after an ESS session and should not be missed...
(If you do not have access to a bath then do a foot bath in a large container.)
EASY INSTRUCTIONS...
A warm salt detox bath for around 20 minutes or more...having it as warm as possible helps the detox process.
You can also scrub the skin for extra effect in removing toxins while in the bath.
After your bath rince off in the shower as a final rince, just with water.
If you run the shower briefly with cold water (30 seconds), this will invigorate you too!
Most EES Centres can provide you with this ready made salts for detox or you can make your own.
Just put these in your warm bath and stir, then jump in!
(NOTE: Do not use Epsom Salts for detox...use for muscle relaxation at other times, not for detoxing.)
