Acceptance of Terms
In downloading, installing, playing Eerie Monke on the Meta Quest service, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and StyleRush Studios. If you do not accept, DO NOT download, install, or play the game.
Use of Third-Party Services
Eerie Monke employs third-party software to provide critical functionality:
Photon PUN – Multiplayer networking in real-time.
PlayFab – Account administration, cloud storage of data, cosmetics, and matchmaking.
Meta Platform Services – Account authentication, device access, and processing of VR input.
Playing you also agree to comply with:

User Accounts
Your PlayFab account will be automatically.
It is your own responsibility to keep your own password secret as well as your own account-related activities secret.
StyleRush Studios cannot be held responsible for losses due to unauthorized access to your account.
User Behavior
Use of Eerie Monke constitutes your agreement not to:
Use or distribute cheats software, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
Harassing, abusive behavior, impersonating, or threatening other players.
Publish, transmit, or post obscene, racist, or unlawful content.
Make attempts to reverse engineer, exploit, or disable the game, servers, or associated systems.
Breach of Meta's Code of Conduct or Platform Abuse Policy.
Violation may result in temporary/permanent suspension from Photon/Eerie Monke or your Meta account (subject to enforcement system of Meta).
Moderation and Anti-Cheat Systems
For a protected and fair setup, Eerie Monke features in-game moderative tools as well as the ModelGuard Anti-Cheat System that might:
Look for suspicious behavior or destruction.
Automatically ban members who violate boundaries.
Collect gameplay data to detect and prevent cheating or harassment.
Report severe violations to Meta for further consideration.
Playing constitutes your consent to processing of play data for moderation and anti-cheating purposes.
In-Game Purchase
Eerie Monke can offer optional in-game content for sale.
All sales occur from the Meta Store subject to Meta's billing policies and refund policies.
Virtual content is non-refundable and is not exchangeable for physical value.
Data and Privacy
Gameplay data, session logs, and user interactions may be processed by PlayFab, Photon, and StyleRush Studios.
This information is used to improve gameplay quality, matchmaking, account management, and safety.

Eerie Monke is copyright to / licensed to StyleRush Studios.
Some audio/textures has been used, some of the textures won't be strictly prohibited.
Reproduction, modification, distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Termination
StyleRush Studios may suspend or terminate access to Eerie Monke at its own discretion without prior notice at any time for any Terms violations or third-party service policies. Updates and Changes These Terms are updated from time to time. All such revisions become effective when posted on the game or on the official page of Eerie Monke.
