Privacy Policy for EduVibe

EduVibe (“EduVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the EduVibe mobile application collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app.
If your Google Play developer name is not “EduVibe,” replace the company/developer name in this policy with your actual Play Console entity name.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide
EduVibe may store information you choose to enter in the app, such as your player name or profile name.
b. Gameplay and app data
EduVibe stores gameplay-related information on your device, including your progress, XP, coins, levels, streaks, achievements, selected theme, settings, and similar app preferences.
c. Notifications data
If you enable notifications, EduVibe stores your notification preferences and may schedule reminder notifications on your device.
d. Advertising and technical data
EduVibe uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to show ads. Google and its partners may automatically collect certain information, which may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- device and advertising identifiers
- app interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions
- diagnostic information, such as performance and crash-related information
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate and maintain EduVibe
- save your progress and preferences
- provide gameplay features, rewards, themes, reminders, and personalization
- show and measure ads
- improve app stability, performance, and user experience
- comply with legal obligations
3. How Information Is Shared
We do not require account registration to use EduVibe.
We may share information with:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK and related Google services for ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and diagnostics
- service providers or vendors that help us operate the app, where applicable
- legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the app
4. Advertising
EduVibe contains ads, including banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, region, applicable law, and Google’s ad systems. Google may collect and process data through the Mobile Ads SDK as described in Google’s own privacy documentation.

5. Data Storage and Retention
Most EduVibe profile and progress data is stored locally on your device.
Local app data is generally retained until you delete it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Data processed by third-party providers, including Google advertising services, is retained according to their own policies.
6. Your Choices
You can:
- stop using the app at any time
- uninstall the app or clear app storage to remove locally stored gameplay/profile data
- control notifications through the app’s settings or your Android device settings
- manage or reset your advertising ID through Android settings, where available
- contact us with privacy questions or requests
7. Children’s Privacy
EduVibe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app in a way that requires action, contact us and we will review the request.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Third-party services used by EduVibe, including advertising providers, may process information in countries other than your own. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed in locations where privacy laws may differ.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above. Continued use of EduVibe after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
