EduVibe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an educational quiz and word game app.

### A) Information stored locally on your device
EduVibe stores gameplay data on your device to provide app features, such as:
- Profile name
- XP, level, streaks, achievements, and progress
- Subject mastery and session history
- App settings (sound, haptics, reminders, theme, accessibility options)
This local data is used to run the app and is not sold by us.
### B) Information collected by third-party advertising/analytics services
EduVibe uses Google AdMob to display ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads).
Through these services, data may be collected, including:
- Identifiers (such as device ID/advertising identifier)
- Usage data (such as ad interactions and product interaction events)
- Diagnostics (such as crash and performance data)
- Network/technical data (such as IP address)
This data may be used for:
- Third-party advertising

### C) Permissions and prompts
EduVibe may request:
- **App Tracking Transparency (ATT)** permission, to allow tracking for personalized advertising
- **Notifications** permission, for daily challenge reminders and streak alerts
EduVibe does **not** use the microphone for app functionality.

- Deliver gameplay and progression features
- Save your settings and learning progress
- Show ads and reward-based ad features
- Improve app stability, performance, and user experience
- Send local reminders if you enable notifications
## 3. Tracking and Your Choices
If ATT permission is shown, you can choose whether to allow tracking.
If you decline tracking, personalized advertising may be limited.
You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings:
- Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Settings > Notifications > EduVibe
## 4. Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers that help operate the app, such as advertising and analytics providers (for example, Google AdMob).
We do not sell your personal information directly.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
## 5. Data Retention
- Local gameplay/profile data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset app data.
- Third-party providers may retain data according to their own privacy policies and legal requirements.
## 6. Children’s Privacy
EduVibe is a general-audience educational app and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us and we will work to address the issue.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data handled by the app.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
