EduTots ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the EduTots  mobile application (the "App").

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This App is designed for a family audience and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.

1. Information We Collect (Or Rather, Don't Collect)

We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children.

• No Personal Data: We do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

• No Precise Location: We do not track or collect precise geographic location data.

• No Sensitive Device Identifiers: In compliance with the Google Play Families Policy, we do not collect or transmit the Android Advertising Identifier (AAID), SIM Serial, BSSID, MAC address, or IMEI from users of this App.

2. Advertising and AdMob

To keep EduTots  free to play, we use Google AdMob to display in-app advertisements. Because this App is directed at children, we have taken specific steps to ensure all advertising is safe and compliant:

• Non-Personalized Ads Only: We do not use personalized (interest-based or targeted) advertising. Ads shown in the App are contextual and are not based on a user's past search history or demographic profile.

• Child-Directed Treatment: All ad requests sent from EduTots  to AdMob are strictly tagged for "Child-Directed Treatment" (TFCD). This disables remarketing and personalized ad tracking.

• Ad Content Filtering: We have configured our ad settings to ensure that only advertisements with a "G" or "PG" rating are displayed. We actively block ads containing violence, adult themes, dating services, or real-money gambling.

3. Third-Party Services

EduTots  uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for functional and non-personalized advertising purposes.

• Google Play Services: Used for basic app functionality and analytics.

• Google AdMob: Used to serve non-personalized advertisements.

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information. We only use third-party SDKs that are certified for use in child-directed services by Google Play.

4. Security

We value your trust in using EduTots . While we do not collect personal data, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the app's integrity. However, remember that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to know what information is collected about your child. Because we do not collect any personal information, there is no data for us to delete or for you to review. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to remove such information.
