EduSahaj ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Sheep AI, provides school management services for schools, teachers, parents, students, and administrators.

• Device information required for app functionality

• Location data (approximate and/or precise), including GPS coordinates, when you grant location permission

Location Data
EduSahaj may access your device’s location to support school transport and related features, including:

• Sharing a driver’s live location with authorized parents/users during a bus route

• Setting and displaying school location on the map

• Showing bus/vehicle position for tracking purposes

Location access is used only when you allow it through your device permissions. Background location may be used while a driver is actively sharing a live route so parents can continue tracking when the app is in the background. We do not sell location data. Location data is shared only with authorized users of the relevant school (for example, parents tracking a school bus) and with service providers needed to operate these features.

How We Use Information
We use the information to:

• Authenticate users

• Provide school management services

• Display attendance and fee information

• Send notifications

• Improve app performance

• Provide customer support

• Provide location-based features such as bus tracking and school location mapping
