Edupogo is designed with children's privacy and safety as our top priority. We comply with COPPA, GDPR, and all applicable child-privacy laws.
We collect only the minimum information needed: parent/teacher email, child's first name, age range, and grade level. We NEVER collect last names, addresses, photos, or location.
All data is used solely to provide age-appropriate educational content and track learning progress. We do NOT use children's conversations to train AI models. We NEVER sell or share children's data.
Parents have full control to view activity, delete data, and close accounts at any time.
