If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions you should immediately cease to use the App. Please note that we may close, suspend, or limit your access to your Edunear’s account ("Account") or the Services provided by us on the App ("Services"), if you carry out activities which are in contravention of this User Agreement and its associated policies incorporated by reference

Changes to Terms of Use

Edunear reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use / Terms of Conditions in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" located at the bottom of the side navigation drawer of the Edunear App. The most current version of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy will supersede all previous versions. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to the App and your continued use of the App, Services and/or Software constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes. The terms may be modified as frequently as desired, and at the company's sole and absolute discretion. You are advised to regularly visit the “Terms of Use” or "Privacy Policy" page to keep yourself updated with our Terms and Conditions to avoid any breach.

Modifications to the Service

Edunear may add, change or eliminate features, pricing, nomenclature and other aspects of the Services or App and make other changes at any time and these Terms will continue to apply to the Services as modified. The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the Company will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or the Services. The modifications may be modified as frequently as desired, and at the company's sole discretion.

Must be over 18

You must be 18 years of age or older to make online payments at Edunear. If you are under 18 you must do the same under supervision and with consent of guardian or adult.

Registration

To use our App, you will need to register on the App and obtain an account, with your Phone number as your user-name and a self-chosen password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s), and password(s) and for all activities and liabilities associated with or occurring under your account(s), and password(s). You agree that:

(a) information about yourself that you provide will be true, accurate, current and complete (such information being "Your Data")

(b) you will maintain and promptly update Your Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete

(c) you will not use the App, the Services or the Company’s Content to recruit, solicit, or contact in any form subject level experts or potential Customers for employment or contracting for a business not affiliated with us without our advance written permission or authority.

(d) The activity in the App through your account is solely your responsibility and the Company is not answerable to any of such actions from your account

Permission of the applicable Trademark owner

We aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. You shall not use the Trademarks in any way without our prior written permission.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

By completing your payment for one time registration, membership, premium or any other Services provided by Edunear, you are eligible to use the services have paid for and you agree to the terms and conditions. Edunear shall not be liable to pay any refund for cancelling your service, uninstalling app, deleting your account, or through any refund demand.

There is no payment involving Students, and Students need not to pay us for anything. Henceforth No Cancellation or Refund is applicable to Students from Edunear side

Tutor Rating Policy

Edunear Tutor Ratings are solely depend upon student satisfaction from the tutor, any student can rate any teacher based on his/her satisfaction from the teachings of tutor, Fees of tutor, Timings of tutor, or any other criteria based on his/her specific needs.

The Student can also give review about the tutor based on his/her own specific satisfaction of 'what he thinks about the tutor'.

Any rating or review is only a view or thought of a specific student, Edunear do not promise that a tutor with 5 star rating is best.

Payment Information

By completing your payment for one time registration, membership, premium or any other Services provided by Edunear, you are eligible to use the services have paid for and you agree to the terms and conditions. Edunear shall not be liable to pay any refund for cancelling your service, uninstalling app, deleting your account, or through any refund demand

I. Tutor’s Payment Mechanism

1. The tutors are required to make payment only through Edunear Payment system which involves payment to Edunear Associates LLP

Different modes of payment that can be used to pay to Edunear:

i) Pay using Net banking

ii) Pay using credit card/ debit card

iii) Pay using Paytm Wallet

iv) UPI Payments

Other mode through prior intimation and confirmation by Edunear officials only

2. Edunear do not promise tutors, the acquisition of students, it only helps tutors to reach a wider audience of students which can see them on an online platform and can reach to them based on their personal specific requirements from a tutor. The number of student you acquire from this platform is totally your responsibility and Edunear do not promise the same to any tutor

II. Student's Payment Mechanism

1. Edunear do not ask any payment from students, the app is fully accessible and free to students. The Students did not need to pay anything including the fees of tutor on our platform, the fee paymment of tutor is not the responsibility of Edunear it is the in-between matter of Student and Tutor, Edunear is not involved in any such transaction

Conducting Class

Edunear do not provide an online teaching platform to tutors. The tutor can conduct classes anywhere he/she wants as per his/her wish. Edunear do not offer any place, online platfrom, travel system to facilitate tutions of any kind. It is just a platform to search for the best teacher that suits your specific needs.

Tutor Hiring Safety Tips

Understand that anyone who is able to commit identity theft can also falsify a profile, so we suggest you take the following steps for your own protection.

1. Review student feedback

2. You are also free to request outside references from the tutor.

3. Have an adult present especially during Home Tutions

4. Keep personal information private

5. Never include your last name, e-mail address, home address, phone/ mobile number, place of work, or any other identifying information in initial e-mail messages or communications.

6. Stop communicating with anyone who pressures you for personal or financial information or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing it. Edunear do not ask for payment from students
