Hello! I've been looking since last night for an education overhaul mod that will allow my sims to do private school and stay at home school. Whenever I find a possible lead the webpages will say no longer available. It's a tad frustrating. Thanks in advance!

As it turns out, not many of us like to play as children and teenagers, because they are not developed in the way we would like. Take, for example, the education system - it, say, is almost not implemented in the game, but we want as much realism as possible, after all, this is a simulator. As always, mods come to the rescue. The author has worked in detail on pre-school, primary and secondary school education in general, even military schools and various training options will become available to you, as well as much, much more! Believe me, with this mod you will want to play as children and teenagers as long as possible, but let's look at it in more detail!

For YA and up, there's a new branch of the Education Career for K-12 teachers with new assignments, tasks, new career goals, rework of the education track, support for degrees and university career entitlements including custom degrees.

There are a few new education options in the game for children and teens. There are two independent/private prep school - Wintercrest Preparatory School and SimCity Academy- and two new alternate public options: Bedlington Latin School (a specialized exam school) and Striker Alternative School (an alternative school for learning difficulties and behavioral/social-emotional difficulties). There are two experimental boarding schools - Fort Starch Military Institute and Huntington Preparatory Academy. Please note that the boarding schools are an experimental feature and are still a beta.

Independent/private and the specialized schools works similarly to EA school although Sims are more likely to gain skills and increase character values due to their enrollment and learn skills faster due to their wider opportunities and first-rate education. Sims who attend independent/private school will wear uniforms. School hours are 7:30am-1:30pm for upper school students and 7:30am-2:30pm for lower school students.

Your sims can now experience the joys of snow days. They will randomly occur, mostly during winter but a small chance they can happen during fall or spring, on days when there's snow on the ground and your sims will have a day off to lament the snow or make snow angels!

Hello All! This might just be my favorite mod I've made... This originally started out as a request to make a small addition of more school projects for children using game objects. It turned into something much more... I've done an overhaul of the Education Career and Preschool, Elementary/Middle, and Secondary school in the Sims 4 in general.

Shenanagin's Private School Mod will not conflict with this mod. You can withdraw your sims from Private School with this mod but you need to go through the Private School mod's enrollment event to gain entrance. However, if your sim is enrolled in Private School they will still get summer break, a chance for detention, field trips, and school assignments.

Zerbu's Go to School works with this mod but if you choose to follow your sim to school you will not receive a chance for the additional assignments, new away actions, or receive detention. Those options are only available in the school rabbithole. You will not get the chance to follow your sims to school if enrolled in boarding school or independent/private school. If you aren't getting the popups for Zerbu's mod, rename the Zerbu - Go to School Mod Pack (Old Code) to !Zerbu - Go to School Mod Pack (Old Code) and make sure it's directly in your mods folder.

Dynamic Teen Life v1.6- Core Mod is now BG compatible. However, modules now have pack requirements listed so pay attention if you are a BG only player. Fixed an issue with not being able to join Swim Team even after successful tryouts. Fixed an issue with cancelling interactions between sims of differing popularity who were friends, family, or in a relationship.

Healthcare Redux v4.6- Fixed a few bugs, made some changes to how immunity is randomly rolled upon aging, reintroduced well visits as requested though they will only be needed every 21 days and if your sim has an undiagnosed illness/condition/complication/injury/etc it will not be available until the initial diagnosis for your other issue has been taken care of. As requested I also have allowed for your sims to choose someone to accompany them to their appointments.

I just began receiving the Teacher Quality Bulletin and it is a great addition to the education information menu: it is dedicated exclusively to the critical issue of teacher quality, covers the research, covers the political developments, and has an informed, insightful, and clear point of view.

Most importantly, it is definitely not a "costly induction program" that "doesn't work." It's an underfunded, barebones program that doesn't work. The district only spends about $800 per teacher on its program, while, as you know, effective programs cost between $3,500-$6,000 per year for two years. Chicago Public Schools is trying to overhaul this program and is looking at scaling up more intensive induction models, such as one run by the Chicago New Teacher Center (affiliated with The New Teacher Center at the University of California, Santa Cruz) that serves about 200 teachers here and has shown great results. As they evaluate options, we do hope they take your point about targeting available resources to the high-need schools, and focus on principal readiness to lead good induction programs, as the New Teacher Center does.

This service model bucks the norm of most social services by practicing a holistic view of family needs that combine parent and child programs to more effectively disrupt hidden cycles of poverty. In contrast, conventional models aim to address individual needs, for example, offering early child education for kids or job help for adults.

Speaking from the perspective of business and marketing, Blocker and his coauthors contend that two-generation social programs are better equipped to create long-term positive impacts than the prevailing system. Their validation of the two-generation approach adds its voice to a growing chorus of social service leaders who are calling for an overhaul of the American safety net to adopt two-generation principles.

The survey sample in this study consisted of 378 employees whowere in management positions in a for-profit educational organizations. Results of this study sheds light on effective and ineffective procedures inprocessing email by managers, which is an area of study that has limitedresearch. By understanding what influences time spent in processing emails,an organization can implement practices, learning tools, and training thatallow a manager to gain knowledge and structure to optimize time spent on thepractice.

Electronic messaging began in the 1960s when individuals couldleave each other text file messages on a local mainframe computer; thenrecipients could retrieve the message at any time (Merrier, Duff, &Patterson, 1999). The sending of the first email message was over the AdvanceResearch Project Agency (ARPA) Network (NET), or (ARPANET), which historiansconsider the beginning of the Internet (Internet History, 2007). The creationof ARPA, a government program, was in conjunction with the NationalAeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in response to the Russian spaceprogram. Realizing the strength of the U.S. in the research of itseducational institutions, ARPA brought several high profile universitiesonboard and connected with them through ARPANET. Working for a company hiredby the U.S. Defense Department to design ARPANET, Ray Tomlinson sent thefirst real email in 1971, when he discovered a simple file transfer protocolthat allowed for transferring file messages (Merrier, Duff, & Patterson,1999).

Time is a key resource for the success of a manager within anorganization (Soucek & Moser, 2010). Email accounts need to be processed, and the amount of email is one of the determinants of time needed toaccomplish this task. However, this is not the only factor. The knowledge oftechniques used for processing email, can sharply impact time involvement(Birkinshaw & Caulkin, 2012). Knowledge of processing include effectivewriting, organizational skills, software abilities, and it is influenced byeducation and training (Staffieri, 2009). Company policies, human nature, behavioral practices, and employee capabilities can mold different techniquesin email processing (Bellotti et al., 2005). In relation to effective timemanagement, a manager must address several issues, which include thelimitation of their time, how to provide more time to accomplish goals, andhow to use discretionary time (Middleton & Cukier, 2006). There has beenvery little research on how knowledge and techniques used for processingemail by a manager influences these issues for successful time management.

This research study is important because the most recentliterature on email processing techniques is seven to nine years old. Becauseemail usage has increased substantially since those studies, their findingsmay no longer be relative. Prior email processing studies also did not focusspecifically on managers but on the basic knowledge worker. Being a managermay affect email processing not associated with the basic knowledge worker. The results of this research study will benefit an organization in developinga strategy to serve the company's needs better in handling emailoverload in relation to time management through education and training.

The survey sample consisted of 378 employees who were inmanagement positions in forprofit educational organizations. The surveygarnered 378 responses over a three-week period. Of the 378 responses, 48 haddisqualified status, and 5 respondents did not complete the survey. This left325 viable responses for analyses. The response rate (86%) was well abovewhat is required for validity and reliability. ff782bc1db
