The key reason which prevents employers from leveraging on the vast pool of human talent available in rural areas is the lack of relevant skill and training among the rural youth. In spite of several efforts in this direction, there still remains a few crucial gaps. We have identified these gaps which point towards a dire need to “skillful” the rural youth.

Making them employable and linking them to job opportunities across various industries.
