このたび、JSPS科研費プロジェクト（課題番号 22KK0027「高等教育の外部質保証と内部質保証を繋ぐ教育プログラム評価モデルの国際共同開発」（代表者：金沢大学　林透））による教育プログラム評価研究会企画「第1回オープンセミナー」をオンライン開催いたします。ご関心のある方は、以下の申込方法に沿って、参加申し込みください。

【趣旨】本年2月に公表された中央教育審議会「知の総和」答申を契機に、大学教育における質保証・質向上のあり方は新しいステージを迎えようとしています。特に、基本単位としての　専門分野別の質保証や学修成果のあり方が改めて問われています。

　今回のセミナーでは、米国コロラド大学ボルダー校で科学教育研究（DBER）の深化やSTEM　教育の推進に長年携わられているノア・フィンケルシュタイン教授をお招きし、科学教育やSTEM教育の質保証・質向上を通した組織変容への波及についてお話いただきます。同大学で取り組む、教授法評価や学修成果測定を目的とした数多くのプロジェクトの経緯や発展、各プロジェクト相互の関連性から、専門分野別の質保証・質向上に必要な視点を学びたいと思います。

Keynote Speaker：

Dr. Noah Finkelstein, University of Colorado Boulder 

Dr. Noah Finkelstein is a Professor and Vice-chair of Physics at the University of Colorado Boulder. He conducts research in physics education, specifically studying the conditions that support students’ identities, engagement and outcomes in physics. In parallel, he conducts research on organizational change. He is a PI in the Physics Education Research (PER) group and founding co-director of CU’s Center for STEM Learning. He is involved in higher education policy, sits on the National Academies’ Board of Science Education, is a Trustee of the Higher Learning Commission, and is a Fellow of both the American Physical Society and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
