Edoardo Augusto Ghio

I am a trainee lawyer and a first-year Ph.D. student in Legal Studies at Bocconi University.

I graduated in Law in 2019 from University of Milan, with honors. During my university years, I spent an exchange semester at Cornell Law School and I took part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

My research interests lie primarily in the fields of corporate law and financial markets law, with a particular focus on related-party transactions and the business judgment rule.
