I am a Senior Research Officer at the Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of Essex, where I work in Understanding Society the UK's major longitudinal study. 

Since joining the team in 2020 my work has focused on leading research on family and early childhood health and well-being, with a particular focus on the factors shaping children's life chances, alongside efforts to strengthen data infrastructure.

I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of York, and my research spans Child Development, Health Economics, Household Economics, and Labour Economics. My full CV is available here.
