Unit Introduction

WELCOME!

We are presenting a fabulous unit on Icarus and Daedalus. This lesson is based on the Common Core State Standard W.6.2, W.6.2d and the History–Social Science for California 6.4.4. In this unit you will find multiple formative assessments, an interactive technology piece, and a summative assessment that can offer support with SBAC short constructed response practice. We believe this unit is a fun and interactive way to gets students interested in Greek mythology!

Overview

This unit is meant to introduce Grade 6 students to the mythical story of Daedalus and Icarus. This lesson supports the Common Core State Standards. On this site you will find:
