Curriculum Frameworks
Curriculum put simply...
Your curriculum, not to be confused with your book, is what the FLDOE sets in Course descriptions detailing what you are accountable to cover in a course. Curriculum frameworks guide what you will teach and when. It is aligned to the Florida Standards. Our students are tested on the material you have taught them throughout the year, and the subject matter on the test reflects the standards taught in your curriculum throughout the year. Each course has its own curriculum framework that is constantly being developed and improved by our Subject-Area Specialists so that all information and resources are up to date and work to your advantage. Not only do these frameworks provide you with what to teach and when, but they also include helpful links to applicable websites, virtual labs, text book page numbers, suggested resources, and a myriad of other materials that can help you throughout the year.
Important Note: Schoolnet
Schoolnet is the testing site used by the district for most subjects. Regular quarterly testing will be created by subject specialists and uploaded to the site, and it is your responsibility to administer the test when the time comes.
