This privacy policy applies to the Hair Color Changer : HairShift app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Emine Can (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Our App does not collect, store, or share any personal or biometric information. The only purpose of the App is to allow users to virtually change hairstyle and hair color.
Collection: The App uses on-device face detection to identify the face region in order to apply hairstyle and hair color effects.
Use: Face detection is performed solely for visualization purposes within the App.
Storage: No face data or biometric information is stored on our servers or on the device. All processing happens in real time on the user’s device.
Sharing: We do not share any face data with third parties.
Retention: Face data is not retained after processing. Once the hairstyle effect is applied, the detection data is immediately discarded.
Our App does not use third-party services to process or store biometric or face data. Any analytics or advertising SDKs integrated into the App do not have access to face data.
Since we do not collect or transmit face data, there is no biometric information at risk. All effects and processing occur locally on the user’s device.
