Minkyu Son

I am a senior economist and currenctly serve as a head of Financial Modeling Team at the Bank of Korea.

Before that, I worked for Research Department, Financial Stability Department, and Economic Research Institute at the Bank.

My research interest lies in international trade, open macroeconomics, and applied econometrics.

I earned my PhD in economics from the University of Cambridge in 2021 (supervisor: Prof. M.A. Crowley).
