ECO REHAB (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the ECO REHAB mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you use our application.
The ECO REHAB application provides scientific information and prescriptions on tree species suitable for ecological rehabilitation of degraded lands across India. It includes diagnosis and major constraints of problematic soils such as saline, alkali, saline-alkali, and degraded alkali soils. The App also presents suitable tree, shrub, grass, sedge, herb, and bamboo species (tropical, subtropical, and Himalayan regions), along with their tolerance characteristics for revegetation, bio-drainage, mined land rehabilitation, and ecosystem restoration, in line with the United Nations Decade of Ecosystem Restoration (2021–2030).
This application is developed by ECO-Rehabilitation, Prayagraj, under the aegis of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), Dehradun, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.
