Economic Demography Workshop
The Economic Demography Workshop (EDW) takes place annually on the first day of the Annual Meeting of the Population Association of America. The EDW provides an opportunity for the detailed presentation of 5-7 research papers on topics in economic demography.
The 2024 Economic Demography Workshop:
The 2024 program will feature 7 presentations covering a wide range of demographic topics. The workshop is scheduled on Wednesday, April 17, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST, Hyatt Regency Columbus, OH, Room Franklin C.
We would like to thank the University of Colorado Population Center, The Institute for Humane Studies, the Department of Economics at the University of Colorado Denver, and the Department of Economics at the University of Central Florida for their generous support.
The next Economic Demography Workshop will take place in Columbus, OH from 1 to 6 PM EST on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
Submissions are due on Friday, January 12, 2024, by email to economicdemographyworkshop@gmail.com.
Preference will be given to papers not on the main PAA program. The EDW program will be finalized in late February.
